Australia-Wide Delivery
KONA delivers within Australia only. All orders are fulfilled by our logistics partner, Move My Stuff, from our Melbourne warehouse.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Times

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g., traffic, weather, courier delays).
Delivery Details

All deliveries are made by Move My Stuff on our behalf.

Large furniture items may require ground-floor access or additional arrangements. If delivery access is restricted, please notify us when placing your order.

Additional delivery charges may apply if the courier cannot access your property and a redelivery is required.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your order size, weight, and location. For bulky furniture, flat-rate or quoted delivery fees will apply.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email. For bulky furniture, Move My Stuff may contact you directly to arrange delivery.
Damages in Transit
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos of the item and packaging at konakona@konaliving.com.au. We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund in line with our Returns Policy.
Undeliverable Orders
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details or missed delivery, additional fees may apply for redelivery. It is your responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address and to be available to receive the order.
